Yoga & Workshops

Pedro and Sumer Luna, Co-Owners of Next Level Yoga Community, and Francisco and Salim Rollins, Co-Directors of Synergy Yoga, bring together years of experience leading yoga communities, retreats, and transformational experiences around the world.

Francisco, a native of Peru, has been leading retreats and cultivating meaningful relationships with local partners throughout Peru’s Sacred Valley for more than 20 years. He also played an important role in Pedro’s yoga journey, helping introduce him to the practice back in 2011, years before Pedro and Sumer would go on to co-found Next Level Yoga Community.

Since then, Francisco and Pedro have remained connected while their communities have continued to grow and evolve. Over the years, Next Level Yoga Community and Synergy Yoga have come together to lead retreats around the world, including two previous journeys to Peru, three retreats in Kenya, and one in Tulum, Mexico.

Returning to the Sacred Valley together feels especially meaningful. This retreat brings together Francisco and Synergy Yoga’s deep connection to Peru and decades of experience in the region with the community, yoga, and retreat experiences that Next Level Yoga Community and Synergy Yoga have built together over the years.

The Local Perspective

One of the highlights of our journey will be an unforgettable excursion to Machu Picchu! We’ll travel by Vistadome train through the mountains before exploring this iconic UNESCO World Heritage Site on a privately guided tour. Our week will also take us deeper into the Sacred Valley with a hike to the stunning Perolniyoc Waterfall, a visit to the famous Salt Mines of Maras, and an afternoon kayaking on the beautiful Huaypo Lagoon followed by an incredible five-course lunch overlooking the water.

We’ll also have opportunities to experience the people, traditions, and artistry that make this region of Peru so special. We’ll wander through the vibrant Urubamba Farmers Market, visit the studio of the world-renowned ceramic artists at Seminario Ceramics Center, and spend time with the traditional weavers of Chinchero. The weavers will share their centuries-old techniques for creating natural dyes, weaving intricate textiles, and preserving the stories and traditions that inspire their designs. And yes, there will be plenty of opportunities to shop and bring a little piece of Peru home with you!

TABETHA D
I have been on numerous yoga retreats! For the first time yoga retreaters the bar was set EXTREMELY HIGH! Pedro & Sumer made the experience magical, fun and wonderful. A group size age 22-71 from all over the country jelled together amazingly well and the bonds, friendships and support will keep going strong forever! Pedro & Sumer are very special people and attract the same. Do not hesitate to join them on an upcoming retreat.

Best Retreat Ever!

JACKIE K
Pedro & Sumer's "Off the Grid and Into the Sky" retreat was nothing short of life-changing. I went to this retreat to deepen my yoga practice and to try to validate some changes I am facing in my life; both objectives were achieved. Pedro & Sumer are exceptional yoga teacher's and, I think more importantly, are also wonderful community builder's.
